How can I book an appointment?

You can text us at 949-232-0282 or email us at alan@startphysicaltherapy.com to book an appointment. You can also go to the contact section on our website and fill out the form and we’ll contact you

How should I dress?

Wear comfortable athletic clothes such as shorts, t-shirt, or sports bra with athletic shoes/sneakers. You can also bring other shoes that you frequently wear

Do I need a prescription?

No. Direct access legislation under California law states patients are able to be evaluated and treated by a licensed physical therapist without first obtaining a doctor’s prescription/referral

Do you take insurance?

No. We believe treatment plans should be created based on the needs of the client and not dictated by insurance companies. But we do provide receipts that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Call your insurance provider to find out if they will reimburse you for your session. Insurance plans vary greatly so contact your provider beforehand
