We are a concierge-style practice serving active adults in Orange County. Every session is by appointment only, one-on-one, and built around presence, listening, and problem-solving. We’re looking for a Patient Success Coordinator to be the face and voice of the clinic—the first person patients talk to on the phone and the first smile they see when they walk in.
If you’re organized, friendly, and love connecting with people, this could be a great fit (no prior medical office experience required—we will train you).
Who You Are
You don’t need prior front desk or clinic experience—we’ll train you. What matters most is who you are:
Friendly, positive, and genuinely enjoys talking to people
Outgoing and great on the phone
Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks without melting down
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
Calm and confident when handling conflicts or difficult conversations
Team-oriented — you like being part of something bigger than just “a job”
Brings lively energy to the clinic while staying professional and caring
What You’ll Do
Own the front desk experience
Greet patients with warmth and energy
Make everyone feel welcomed, seen, and taken care of
Phone & lead communication
Answer inbound calls and questions
Call new leads to help them feel comfortable and excited to schedule
Handle “discovery calls” to learn about a patient’s situation and prime them for a successful evaluation and plan of care
Scheduling & follow-up
Manage the clinic schedule and book appointments
Follow up with new leads and patients who dropped off care
Help make sure the schedule stays full and organized
Support the team & culture
Be actively involved in team culture and communication
Bring positive, lively energy to the space
Help with light administrative tasks as needed
This is an in-person role at the clinic, Monday–Friday.
